Great article and so true about the guidelines lenders are using these days to approve consolidation loans...Why take someone else s risk upon ourselves?..Years ago this was the loan lenders where advertising as property price allowed room for error....how things have changed! One must be very cautious of their debt levels and always be mindful of the difficulty these days in resolving if it gets out of control..
